During his studies, he started his professional career and joined “Connecting INN-UK Utilities Marketing Limited” as a Customer Sevices Advisor. During this time span, he made remarkable progress and helped his co-worked to do their best and perform well. The company was impressed by his performance and his hard work compelled them to promote him as a Role Team Leader, then Team Leader and finally Senior Team Leader and awarded as “Best Employee of the Year”. This 1 year of learning and struggle had a huge impact on his thinking, working and eventually life.

This was a turning point in his life and he started realizing that people around him are little old-fashioned and their working and thinking too. He not only wanted to grow himself only but also he had an urge to offer ease people around him. However, he knew that he can’t achieve his goals under a job.

Utility Links

After serving for one year at Connect in UK Utility Marketing, he switched to another company named Utility Links and served as Business Manager for 4 years. During this time, he kept on learning and growing. That results in self-motivation and he aimed for something BIG!. He always wanted to become a helping hand towards the people around him because his struggle had a deep impact on his thinking that new people should be given opportunities and talented people should be appreciated.

After hard work of days and nights, he launched his own company under the name “Utility Access (SMC Private limited). The core purpose of the company was to help people discover their hidden talent and polish to generate innovative ideas and earn success. The company was registered in the IT services industry. The people having good communication skills were offered jobs to provide call center services around the world.

Utility Access was rebranded to Utility Access Private Limited and since then it’s progressing and help people to discover their hidden talent.
